How Do I Place An Order?

Browse and get inspired in our shop for one of our products. Select it with any of the options available and send it to your cart. We will let you know if the item you would like to buy from our shop is in stock or if a reasonable waiting time should be expected for the production and delivery thereof.

Payment and Shipping

Payment available through Paypal and Credit Card.
Shipping costs or Pick Up availability will be specified in every item description.
Shipping estimate: Small items will be delivered by Australia Post. Due to the volume or weight of some of the items, please take into consideration there might be shipping area limitations or only a Pick Up option available. Should you consider buying an item from our store, we will offer you the best shipping option available to you. Alternatively, you also can make shipping arrangements through your courier of choice. If you are local, you can also contact us if you want to pickup.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted if the item can't be delivered in the estimated timeframe. Please, contact us if there is any problem with your order and we can try to find a solution to sort the issue out.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds or Returns will only be given if our items are damaged or defective in any way on delivery and within 30 days after receiving your item.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at info@daixa.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we can't offer you the same item in exchange or another item with the same value, we will proceed to refund your purchase.

Details as your phone number and address will be necessary for the shipping process and could be shared with a courier company. This information will not be shared with anyone and for any other reason that shipping.

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
